In the online store, payments for orders are accepted exclusively in advance via secure online payment methods. We accept in particular the following payment methods (depending on the customer’s country and currency): • Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro • Accelerated payments and electronic wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay • Other local payment methods made available via Shopify Payments in the customer’s country The list of available payment methods may vary depending on the country, currency, and the store’s settings.
1. Payment Service Provider and Security Card payments and selected local payment methods are processed via Shopify Payments, which acts as an integrated payment service provider on behalf of the Seller on the Shopify platform. Payment data is encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards (including PCI DSS). For card payments, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) mechanisms and 3D Secure are applied in accordance with the requirements of the PSD2 Directive within the European Economic Area. The Store does not store customers’ full payment card details. These are processed exclusively by the payment service provider.
The customer’s payment card or account is charged at the time the order is placed and paid for at checkout. The order is released for processing only after the payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment service provider.
In the event that a payment is declined (e.g. due to insufficient funds, incorrect data, or missing 3D Secure authorization), the order will not be accepted for processing.
Product prices in the Store are displayed by default in EUR. If payment is made using a card or payment method denominated in a currency other than the Store’s settlement currency, the customer’s bank or the payment service provider may apply its own exchange rate and charge additional currency conversion fees.
The Store has no influence over the amount of such fees.
In justified cases (e.g. individual B2B orders or larger special projects), the Seller may allow payment by traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account. The terms of such payment (payment deadline, currency, bank details) are agreed individually with the customer via email.
Failure to make payment within the agreed period may result in cancellation of the order.
Due to the nature of the products offered (including custom-made paints and coatings), the Store does not offer payment by cash on delivery.
