GLOW AQUA REFLECTIVE PAINTS

The properties of reflective paint help increase safety on roads, parking lots, in production halls, and warehouses. They are widely used in construction and industry. Now you can use them in your own projects to create markings or paint reflective decorations and interior accessories.

Reflective paints are resistant to moisture, frost, excessive sunlight, and mechanical damage. Within the GLOW Aqua series, you have three of the most popular colors of reflective acrylic paints to choose from — white, gray, and yellow. Use them to paint patterns in a child’s room or to mark areas that you want to highlight for household safety. You can also use them to mark a path in your garden or when furnishing a home for seniors.

• Reflective paints can be used for horizontal and vertical markings on roads, parking lots, production halls, warehouses, or sports fields. You can paint barriers, posts, or road signs with them.
• Reflective paints look great on murals. In your work, you can combine them with other specialty paints from the GLOW AQUA series.

CHARACTERISTICS OF REFLECTIVE PAINT

The glass microspheres contained in our reflective paints act like tiny mirrors, focusing and strongly reflecting light back toward its source. This is especially important in darkness or low visibility. The microspheres are embedded in the paint — simply apply it to the desired surface. This solution allows for quick and easy application, without the need for spraying or adding microspheres to wet paint.

RECOMMENDED USE

APPLICATION

The paint can be applied with a brush, paint roller, or by using airless spraying. Reflective paints look best when used with a white primer, although they can also be successfully applied over other colors. The number of coats depends on the effect you want to achieve. We recommend applying at least two or three coats on a clean surface primed with a primer from the GLOW AUX series. Apply each subsequent coat at intervals of at least 2 hours.

To protect the painted surface, you can use a topcoat varnish from the GLOW AUX series.

Before painting, test the paint on a small area. If you are satisfied with the result, clean the target surface thoroughly before painting.
