The https://splinx-glow.com Online Store respects consumer rights. Consumers cannot waive their rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Any contractual provisions less favorable to the consumer are invalid. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are not intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
1.1. The Online Store at https://splinx-glow.com is run by JACEK BISIOREK, conducting business under the name SPLINX JACEK BISIOREK, registered in CEIDG, with registered office: ul. Kościelna 1, 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie, Poland, NIP: 5361019897, REGON: 011787951, e-mail: store@splinx-glow.com

1.3. The Store operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both consumers and entrepreneurs.
1.5. The Seller is the controller of personal data processed in the Online Store. Details in the Privacy Policy.
1.6. Use of the Online Store is voluntary.
1.7. Definitions:
Business Day – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Customer – natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality.
Product – movable item available in the Store, in particular paints, varnishes and related chemical products.
Sales Agreement – a product sales contract concluded via the Online Store.
Order – declaration of intent submitted via the Order Form.
2.1. Available services: Account, Order Form, Newsletter.
2.2. Account — free of charge, indefinite period. Deletion possible at any time by e-mail: store@splinx-glow.com
2.3. Order Form — begins when the first Product is added to the cart. Order placed by clicking "Check out".
2.4. Newsletter — subscription via e-mail, unsubscribe at any time.
2.5. Technical requirements: device with internet access, current web browser, cookies and JavaScript enabled.
2.6. Use must comply with applicable law and good practice. Providing illegal content is prohibited.
2.7. Complaints about Electronic Services:
(a) in writing: ul. Kościelna 1, 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie, Poland;
(b) by e-mail: store@splinx-glow.com
Response within 14 calendar days.
3.1. Sales Agreement concluded after the Customer places an Order via the Order Form.
3.2. Prices in the currency displayed in the Store, including applicable taxes. Total costs shown before final Order placement.
3.3. Procedure: select Products → complete Order Form → accept Terms → click "Check out" → receive e-mail confirmation. Agreement concluded upon receipt of confirmation e-mail.
3.4. For chemical Products, the Seller provides TDS and SDS on the Product page or by e-mail upon request.
4.1. Available payment methods:
- Electronic and card payments via Shopify Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK and other methods displayed at checkout.
- Bank transfer or cash on delivery — only if expressly offered for the Customer's country.
4.2. Payments processed by Shopify Payments. Seller does not store card data. Processing in accordance with PCI DSS. Payments may be subject to SCA and 3D Secure (PSD2).
4.3. Payment terms:
- Shopify Payments — payment at time of Order placement.
- Bank transfer — within 7 calendar days of concluding the Agreement.
- Cash on delivery — upon receipt of shipment.
4.4. In case of withdrawal or complaint, the Seller refunds using the same payment method.
5.1. Delivery available to: selected EU member states, USA and other countries shown during Order placement. Some chemical Products may be subject to transport restrictions.
5.2. Delivery costs displayed before Order submission.
5.3. Approximate delivery times:
- EU: 3–10 Business Days
- USA and non-EU countries: 7–21 Business Days
Maximum delivery time: 30 days.
5.4. Deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties and import taxes — borne by the Customer.
5.5. Order processing time: 3–5 Business Days from payment confirmation.
6.1. Seller's liability determined by applicable law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and Civil Code.
6.2. Complaints may be submitted:
(a) in writing: ul. Kościelna 1, 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie, Poland;
(b) by e-mail: store@splinx-glow.com
6.3. Response within 14 calendar days.
6.4. Defective Product to be returned to: ul. Kościelna 1, 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie, Poland. Delivery costs borne by Seller (consumers).
6.5. Warranty liability towards entrepreneurs is excluded.
7.1. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint procedures — details available at UOKiK.
7.2. Use is voluntary and does not exclude court proceedings.
8.1. EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
8.2. Withdrawal may be submitted:
(a) in writing: ul. Kościelna 1, 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie, Poland;
(b) by e-mail: store@splinx-glow.com
8.3. Withdrawal period begins from the day of taking possession of the Product.
8.4. Refund within 14 days of receipt of withdrawal declaration, using the same payment method.
8.5. Consumer bears direct cost of returning the Product to: ul. Kościelna 1, 05-126 Kąty Węgierskie, Poland.
8.6. Right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) clearly personalized Products;
(b) sealed chemical Products opened after delivery;
(c) Products whose return is not possible under ADR/IATA regulations.
8.7. Consumers outside the EU have no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns accepted only on individual basis after prior agreement.
9.1. Applies only to Customers who are not consumers.
9.2. Seller may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
9.3. Liability limited to price paid and delivery costs, not exceeding PLN 1,000.
9.4. Disputes resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
10.1. Agreements concluded in English. English version prevails in case of discrepancies.
10.2. Right to amend Terms for important reasons.
10.3. Applicable law: Polish law.
