This Return Policy constitutes a supplement to the SPLINX Store Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, mandatory provisions of law and the Terms and Conditions to the extent compliant with such provisions shall prevail.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer, takes possession of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should submit a clear statement (e.g. by email) to: store@splinx-glow.com The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory. The consumer may return the product independently of receiving instructions from the Seller.
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of delivery up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the Store. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. The refund will be carried out using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first. The consumer should return the product without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or non-compliant with the contract.
The store does not offer product exchanges or voluntary commercial returns. The only basis for returning a product is the statutory right of withdrawal available to EU consumers as described above, or a complaint due to product defect.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or safety reasons once opened,
• goods that are clearly personalised or made according to the consumer's specifications, provided that such personalisation was clearly stated in the product description.
Customers outside the European Union are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. Returns may be accepted only upon individual agreement with the Seller, provided that:
• the product has not been used,
• the product was not made to order or personalised,
• the return is feasible from a legal and logistical perspective,
• the customer bears all costs related to the return, including shipping, customs duties, taxes and administrative fees.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met or if the return is not possible due to logistical or legal reasons.
In the case of defective or non-conforming products, the consumer is entitled to rights arising from applicable law. Complaints should be submitted to:

If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable law.
It is recommended to inspect the shipment upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier. This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
