This Shipping Policy constitutes a supplement to the SPLinx Store Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the moment payment is successfully credited. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Order processing time is not equivalent to delivery time. Once the shipment has been prepared, the customer will receive a dispatch confirmation and, where provided by the carrier, a shipment tracking number. During periods of increased order volume, order processing time may be extended by 1–2 business days.

We offer shipping to the following areas: countries of the European Union, the United States of America (USA), selected countries outside the European Union.
The current list of countries eligible for shipping is displayed in the checkout during order placement. Some products may be subject to transport restrictions arising from chemical, road, or air transport regulations.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the weight and nature of the order.
The exact shipping cost is displayed in the checkout before payment is completed. If a free shipping promotion applies, the relevant information is displayed during the ordering process.
Estimated delivery times are as follows: European Union: 3–10 business days USA: 7–21 business days Other countries: 7–21 business days The stated delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, the selected shipping method, and any applicable customs procedures.
Shipments outside the European Union (including shipments to the USA) may be subject to: import taxes, customs duties, administrative fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities. All such charges are borne by the customer.
SPLinx has no influence over customs authorities’ decisions, clearance procedures, or any delays resulting from these processes.
If the carrier provides a shipment tracking number, it will be sent to the customer by email after dispatch.

Visible damage to the shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
In the event of a lost shipment, the Seller will initiate a claims procedure with the carrier.
We do not ship orders to countries subject to trade sanctions or to countries where logistics service is not possible. Some chemical products may be excluded from air transport or may be subject to specific transport requirements.
If shipment of an order is not possible, the order may be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.
